I voted yesterday.
It was the Kentucky Democratic Primary.
It meant very little – only 55 delegates up for grabs – but both
Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders stopped in town to woo my vote.
Those “in the know” estimated only 20% of eligible voters
would bother to turn out.
It was a little cold and drizzly after all.
The final count was very close – still not officially
certified – but Clinton claimed victory as the two candidates more or less evenly
split the state’s delegates.
Nothing really gained here.
So the race for the Democratic Party nomination goes on.
And life goes on.
But I voted yesterday.
